Are we protecting ourselves with a road use agreement with E.L.K?
This is the Second Request to Mayor Meloche for confirmation of a Road Use Agreement. The First email I sent was on April 223rd and I have yet to receive confirmation.
This morning I sent another email,
“Good Morning Mayor Meloche and ELK Board member,
Can you please confirm that the Town of Essex has a similar road use agreement with ELK? To protect ourselves and ELK?
As you are already aware the Town of Kingsville is also looking for a similar agreement and this was discussed when you and the former Mayor Larry Snively met with Kingsville administration and Mayor and Deputy Mayor. I am looking for confirmation of diligent action to ensure that the Board members have instructed ELK administration to execute such an agreement as requested by the municipalities they supply energy to. “
