This meeting is being held for the purpose of Council having a roundtable discussion on various Development Services matters in the Town of Essex. As part of this meeting, it is expected that Council will move by resolution into a Committee of the Whole format which is the entire membership of Council but now sitting as a Committee in a less formal format without strict adherence to the usual procedural rules that govern Council meetings. While sitting as a Committee of the Whole no formal actions can be taken as the Committee can only make recommendations that would still need to be introduced, considered and adopted as part of a formal Council meeting.
