Closed meetings are not open to the public but a report will come back to open session.
Council is expected to hold a Closed Council Meeting pursuant to the following provisions of and as permitted by the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, c.25, as am.
- Section 239 (2) (c) a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board; and
- Section 239 (2) (f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
