Council is called into a closed meeting Monday. Closed meetings are not open to the public but a closed meeting update is given at the next public meeting.
Reason for Closed Meeting:
Council is expected to move into Closed Session to discuss: the security of the property of the municipality and/or litigation or potential litigation affecting the municipality and proposed or pending acquisitions or dispositions of land by the municipality all as respectively permitted to do so by Sections 239 (2) (a), (e) and (c) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, c.25, as am.
