Council has been called into a closed meeting. Closed meetings are not open to the public but a public report is given, usually at the next Regular Council Meeting.
Purpose of Closed Meeting: For the purpose of discussing personnel matters, as permissible pursuant to Section 239 (2) (b) of the Municipal Act.
Notice for a Closed Meeting shall be posted on the Town’s website no later than
twenty-four (24) hours before the hour appointed for the holding of the Closed
Meeting. The Agenda for the Closed Meeting shall be electronically delivered in
accordance with Section 3.6.3 of this By-Law.
