Today Kara and I got to tour the brand new Homestead Heritage Centre! It is a fabulous education/exhibit space with accessible washrooms for visitors, tourists and students. This new cultural space will create a tourism gateway and complement the region’s growing cycling infrastructure. The Heritage Centre includes a Welcome Space/Tourism Hub/Gift Shop. Indoor and Outdoor Classrooms & Exhibit Areas. Maple Syrup Sugar Shack. Upgraded Washroom Facilities.
This facility is state of the art and such an amazing addition to our community. Put it on your summer staycation list of must see!
