That Community Services Report 2022-22 entitled Harrow Arena Canteen Lease Agreement prepared by Jake Morassut, Director, Community Services dated August 2, 2022, be received; and
That the Town of Essex approve entering into a lease agreement with the All Canadian Hockey School for leased space at 243 McAffee Street in Harrow for a one-year term, subject to an additional two years, commencing September 1, 2022, subject to the general terms and conditions as outlined in By-Law 2184.

“I am thrilled that the Harrow Arena will continue as a full service arena. It is a great fit, a hockey school running the canteen will be mutually beneficial to both parties,” Councillor Sherry Bondy.
