An 18.6% decrease in Calls for Service November 2020 compared to November 2019
A 22.2% decrease in Violent Crime November 2020 compared to November 2019
A 15.0% decrease in MVCs November 2020 compared to November 2019. ( Motor vehicle accidents)
A 15.0% decrease in MVCs November 2020 compared to November 2019.
A 23.1% increase in provincial offences November 2020 compared to November 2019
An average of 16.5 tickets/day (compared to 13.4 tickets/day in November 2019)
A 26.3% increase in recorded traffic stops in November 2020 compared to November 2019
An average of 19.4 recorded vehicle stops per day (compared to 15.4 stops/day in November 2019) YTD Traffic Stops are 13.3% lower in 2020 (7,347 stops) compared to 2019 (8,478 stops)
An 53.8% increase in MHRU ( Mental Health response unit) calls in November 2020 compared to November 2019
YTD MHRU calls 24.9% higher in 2020 (1,1,43 calls) compared to 2019 (893 calls)
Youth Crisis Response Team (YCRT) responded to 47 calls for service in November 2020.
YTD, the YCRT has responded to 269 calls for service.

Welcome Staff Sergeant Mike Bradley, Senior Member of the
Ontario Provincial Police who has 19 years of experience. He stated that Mike is
stationed out of Chatham-Kent. Experience in traffic Management and heavily
engaged within the community in various capacities such as Big Brother, Meals on
Wheels and youth sports activities.
