Dalla Bona Construction & Partners Break Ground on GreenLeaf Trails, 300+ home development in Harrow, ON

  • News

Congratulations Dalla Bona and Partners on breaking ground on the GreenLeaf Trails subdivision in Harrow.

This project has been in the works for over 10 years as the developers, Dalla Bona Construction & Partners, prepare to kick off the 72-acre development.

Phase 1 of GreenLeaf Trails, which consists of 28 single-family and 24 semi-detached homes, is in its final stages of development, with streets, curbs and utilities near completion.

“With Kingsville and Amherstburg on both sides, seeing such terrific growth and success, we identified Harrow and the next big spot for opportunity. Not to mention, we’re nestled right in the heart of Lake Erie North Shore Wine Country.” says Franz Dalla Bona, Vice President.

GreenLeaf Trails will be one of the largest additions in residential development that Harrow has seen in decades. As an official urban centre of the Town of Essex, Harrow is poised for major growth. The development is situated next to Colio Winery and the Chrysler Greenway, part of the Trans Canada Trail.

Phases 2 and 3 are currently being finalized with the town and other government bodies but are expected to follow suit. Phase 2 of the development is estimated to include approximately 31 single-family and 152 semi-detached homes. Phase 3 will consist of 142 additional semi-detached homes.

Vice-President Franz Dalla Bona commented, “It’s been an exciting ride working on this project alongside the town and county. With all the economic activity coming to the area, we know these homes are desperately needed and couldn’t come quicker”

Councillor Sherry Bondy is thrilled Essex keeps moving forward and welcomes this new addition to the housing market in Harrow. “I want to thank Dalla Bona for choosing Harrow to invest in and welcome you and future residents to Harrow. Harrow is a great community to raise a family in or retire. Thank you as well to our administrative team at Essex town hall for working with our developers to help them put shovels in the ground here in Harrow.” exclaimed Bondy.
