Downtown Essex is going to get more beautiful in the upcoming months. The owners of 2 Talbot Street South have received building permits to make facade improvements to the Old Dahl House.

The owners are hoping to have 2-3 businesses occupying the storefronts early in the new year. The residential units are also coming along and slated to be occupied again by April.
We can thank the Community Improvement Plan and our Development Services Team at the Town of Essex for working hard each day to make Essex more and more beautiful. This is a huge improvement to our downtown core and I am so excited to see this improvement in the works!
