The Community Support Centre of Essex County is the lead transportation provider for CareLink Health Transit. CareLink is a collaboration between multiple agencies that span Windsor/Essex, Chatham/Kent and Sarnia/Lambton.
We provide convenient and affordable door-to-door pick-up and drop-off services to help you get to your medical appointments, social activities or shopping trips. Our accessible vehicles and friendly drivers will help you get to your destination promptly and safely.
Our fully accessible fleet services those who are:
- 55+
- 17+ travelling for medical appointments
- 17+ living with a disability travelling for social activity
