As of now the boat ramp will remain open with no other services provided.
The marina is closed:

37. (1) Marinas that meet the conditions set out in this section.
(2) Subject to subsection (4), only the following services may be provided:
1. Repairing or servicing boats or other watercraft.
2. Placing boats or other watercraft in the water to be secured to a dock until the marina is open to the public (new anticipated open date is May 20th when order expires)
Colchester Harbour Marina for regular berthage
o Please note that boats are allowed to be put into their allocated slip BUT they cannot use or go to their boat at any time. The Town has a new process this year where all seasonal slip holders must make arrangements with staff on a time to put their boat in to ensue all fees and insurance are in place
o All docks will be blocked off to prohibit boat slips to be used

· Picnic site
What is Open?
. Playgrounds
· Outdoor Parks green space
· Outdoor Washrooms (beginning May 1st when staff begin as able to clean and stock at that time)
· Dog Parks
· Colchester Harbour Boat Ramp ONLY (Fee to begin May 1st when staff begin)
· Benches in parks or recreational areas
· Able to walk through parks as long as maintain physical distances
