International Beer Fest for Significant Event Status for the purpose of
applying for their Special Occasion Permit (SOP) for their event on

proponent be notified they must contact the County of Essex for any
County roads used for the run.

received;
That Council award the Request for Tender – Essex Bridge
Rehabilitations 2021 (RFT-ID-21-015) to Intrepid General Limited in the
amount of $343,996.02 including non-refundable Harmonized Sales
Tax;
That Council approve the reallocation of project funding in the amount
of $55,737.15 from capital project South Malden and Mole Road (PW21-0025) to fund capital project Rizzo Nicola Guard Rail (PW-21-0028);
and
That Council approve the additional funding of $25,874.41 (including
applicable HST) above the approved 2021 capital budget for Project
PW-21-0028 from the Asset Management Reserve.

- Moved by Councillor Bondy That Essex Town Council request that E.L.K Energy’s Board meeting minutes be open to Council and/or the Asset Management Plan be shared with Council; and That Essex Town Council request Ron McDermott, Chair of E.L.K. Energy, raise this request at the next scheduled meeting as per Mayor Snively’s suggestion at the June 21, 2021 council meeting.

Town of Essex Valuation Request
Dear: Mr. Auger
E.LK. Energy Inc. conducted a regular board meeting on June 24, 2021. The
Board noted to file the correspondence received from the Town of Essex dated
May 14, 2021. E.LK. Energy Inc. will not pursue the request from the Town of
Essex to obtain and fund a valuation as no value is received by the E.LK.
customer.
