“The applicants wish to amend the existing Site Plan Control Agreement for the following purpose:
• Widen the access entrance off of Maidstone Avenue to accommodate an additional left hand turning
lane onto Maidstone Ave; and,
• Install an additional ordering lane for the drive through, which will reconfigure the staging area,
these works will eliminate a total of 6 existing parking spaces

The applicant has expressed a need to alleviate traffic congestion in the parking lot and Maidstone Ave
entrance due to the stacking area of the current drive-thru. A double wide ordering lane will help condense
the stacking area and speed up ordering and wait times. The C1. 3 zoning district permits restaurants with
drive-thru facilities. No expansion to the existing building is proposed.
Access off of Maidstone Ave allows inbound traffic from the east and west, and the Talbot access allows
right turn egress only.”
