Construction of Phases 1 & 5 of the Essex Town Centre Subdivision (formerly Essex Crossings) is underway beginning with the municipal services, which is estimated to take approximately 6-8 months. Phase 1 consists of 104 residential units and Phase 5 consists of 50 residential units, for a total of over 150 singles, semis, and towns in the first two phases.
