Essex Council met Monday to discuss the amalgamation of Police Service Boards. The recommendation from the committtee was as follows:
RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL: That the Essex Police Service Board amalgamate
with the Municipalities of Tecumseh and Lakeshore as part of the two-board Police
Service Board system being proposed as part of the planned amalgamation of the
existing Police service Boards in the County of Essex region. “Carried”
