Purpose of Closed Meeting:
- For the purpose of discussing personnel matters, as permissible pursuant to Section 239 (2) (b) of the Municipal Act
- For the purpose of discussing the proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board, as permissible pursuant to Section 239 (2) (c) of the Municipal Act
