Council is expected to meet in closed session, Friday, March 5, 2021 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Purpose of Closed Meeting :
1) To discuss proposed or pending acquisitions or dispositions of land by the Municipality; and
2) to discuss litigation or pending litigation (including matters before administrative tribunals), affecting the Municipality and/or to receive advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege.
This meeting in closed session is as permitted by the provisions of section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act (Ontario) as amended.
Closed meetings are not open to the public, the clerk will bring forward a report at the next public session.
